30 Day Challenges

30 Day Challenges. A simple, yet innovative concept of stretching even the smallest to the most seemingly impossible great spans of what can be accomplished by each of us. One can set out to make or break any new habit or simply work toward accomplishing the completion of a self-set goal. You could learn a new language, write a book, train for a marathon, save $10 a day, write a nice note to someone each day, quit watching television, etc..........

It is inspiring and it incorporates the essential element of play into our lives. It is motivational and confidence-boosting. It is a process and a journey. And it creates opportunities in your life that you may not have otherwise bothered grasping.

I would like to share with you a 3 and a half minute talk on the matter by Matt Cutts at TED Talks, where I was inspired to start creating my own 30 Day Challenges.

I will also share my personal challenges below as we progress through the year.

  1. February ~ Beverage Consumption Shift ~ I have added more whole food sources (such as juices, smoothies, and gazpachos) and eliminated all coffee and alcohol at any time.
